About Nick:

Born out of pandemic-induced solitude on a remote hillside in Killington, VT, Nick Bredice’s newfound solo act draws on the indie-folk soundscapes and improv-heavy influences of past projects and collaborations, while pulling from a reimagined catalog that highlights a renewed focus on original work inspired by the illustrious poetry of Bob Dylan & John Prine and live-looping wizardry of longtime heroes Will Evans & Mihali Savoulidis.

After notching a breakout, 300-show year in 2024 — scaling from intimate performances at renowned breweries, world-class ski resorts, & classic dives across the northeast, to notable appearances at Killington’s Cooler In The Mountains Summer Concert Series & its legendary Pickle Barrel Nightclub, along with a sellout of Boston’s iconic Middle East Upstairs — Nick has carried unprecedented momentum into 2025, continuing to deliver sets that are strikingly unique and engaging.

About Eggy:

Eggy is redefining the modern jam band experience with a blend of rich songwriting, exploratory improvisation, and magnetic live energy. The Connecticut-based quartet—Jake Brownstein (guitar, vocals), Dani Battat (keys, vocals), Mike Goodman (bass, vocals), and Alex Bailey (drums, vocals)—has built a reputation for emotionally resonant songs and live performances that turn every set into an unpredictable, communal experience.

2024 marked a breakout moment for the band with the release of their sophomore album Waiting Game, a refined studio statement co-produced by White Denim’s James Petralli. The album propelled Eggy into their largest headline touring year to date, while earning standout performances at major festivals including Austin City Limits, Electric Forest, and Suwannee Hulaween.

That momentum only accelerated through 2025. Eggy continued expanding their footprint with extensive headline touring, a growing list of festival appearances, and a reputation as one of the most consistently compelling live acts in the jam and rock space. Around Halloween, the band sold out back-to-back nights at Cervantes in Denver, transforming the city into a pilgrimage site for fans with their themed run celebrating The Ballad of Blucifer. The shows underscored the band’s ability to create moments that feel both playful and deeply meaningful, while proving their staying power in key markets.

As they look ahead to 2026, Eggy enters a new chapter defined by confidence, creative ambition, and sustained growth. With continued headline touring on the horizon and plans to begin creating new music in early 2026, the band is focused on pushing their sound forward without losing the emotional core that has defined them. From intimate rooms to sold-out club runs and marquee festival stages, Eggy continues to convert first-time listeners into lifelong fans. Wherever they play next, one thing remains constant: no two shows are ever the same, and the journey is just getting started.

Pappy continues to captivate audiences with his heartfelt lyrics and masterful instrumentation.

About DJ Cheetatah:

DJ Cheetatah is the queen of Electric Disco House: Where disco's heartbeat, funk's swagger, and tech-house power collide with jam-band soul in glitter-drenched dance rituals built for joy, liberation, and straight-up soul freedom.

Born and raised in the jam-band universe and a lifelong citizen of the live music world, Cheetatah brings something rare to the decks: She actually gets it. The long build. The peak that earns its release. The room that becomes an organism. She translates that energy into house music sets that feel less like a DJ performance and more like a collective journey.

A lifelong performer with a degree in dance and a past life as an NBA cheerleader, she fuses raw stage presence, funk-soaked drops, and euphoric energy into experiences that are part party, part permission slip. Think filthy drops, spine-tingling vocals, rubbery basslines, and those sacred moments when the beat hits so hard the whole room forgets its name.

Her sets are never on autopilot. They're alive, sweaty, sparkly, and wired for human connection. She builds spaces where nobody has to play it cool, everybody gets to let go, and the dancefloor becomes something holy.

Disco heart. Electric soul. Dirty drops. That's the Cheetatah vibe.

Friday Night Music w/ John Lackard Duo

We're excited to welcome back John Lackard to Stowe Cider for our Friday Night Music series 5/22 from 5pm - 8pm! Join us for a fun evening of live music and fresh cider!

This is a free show, first come first served, and you're welcome to stay for as long as you'd like! No outside food or drink is allowed.

About John:

A sound and style that could easily have come from Memphis or Chicago is perhaps what makes John Lackard and his Green Mountain origin so unique. Not just another trip on the “Blues Bandwagon” that is so ever popular today. This is the real thing.

His apparent connection and understanding began when his father brought the Boogie Woogie piano and records into the household, and started a career that has lasted over half of a century. John’s first real musical instrument at the age of five was a Hohner harmonica. Being only eight when he went to work selling greeting cards for points toward a plastic electric guitar. It was followed by a Silvertone “Stella” 12 string acoustic guitar when he was nine. During this time, John moved next door to Buddy Truax, jazz guitarist of “Buddy Truax And The Playboys”. This early influence was enhanced by Buddy’s sons who played bass and drums, providing a rhythm section to jam with in addition to Buddy’s informal “lessons”. By age fifteen he was ready for his first professional stage appearance. Touring New York and New England for a few years led to a stint with Sam the Sham, sit-ins with James Cotton, Jimmy Rogers and Bob Margolin, working with Cotton’s drummer as Ken Johnson and Co., in addition to opening shows for Jimmy and James as well as countless others. After which Jimmy declared “That boy kicks the hell out of the Blues!” James simply stated, “The Blues is in Vermont”. Currently in process of recording a CD, one of the tracks titled “I Wanna Go Back” can be heard on the compilation album “Best of The Green Mountain Blues Vol. 1”. The future promises a continued extensive touring schedule that previously prompted a radio D.J. to proclaim the John Lackard Blues Band “The Hardest Working Blues Band in New England”.

Mountain Sugar is a high energy cover band that plays a wide range of classic rock and alternative rock from the jangly, heartland storytelling of Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers and Neil Young to the improvisational sounds of Grateful Dead. Mountain Sugar consists of local veteran musicians Chris Tagatac, John Spencer, Jesse Goldfine, Drew Arnott, and Barry Lyden. The library is a mix of ballads, originals, and danceables from classic rock to modern pop.

The band bridges the gap between classic rock legends and the high-octane alternative era. “We don't just play the notes; we capture the energy of the songs that defined the decades. Think of us as the mixed tape of your lives. Our setlist is a curated journey through rock history—blending the timeless grooves of the 70s with the raw, melodic power of 90s icons like Foo Fighters, Jimmy Eat World and many others. “

Whether you're looking for a psychedelic trip down Shakedown Street or a gritty, punk-infused anthem to sing along to, Mountain Sugar delivers a professional, high-energy performance that keeps the dance floor full and the spirit of rock 'n' roll alive.

Carolina Liar | with Troy Millette & the Fire Below. Shakedown Lounge @ Stowe Cider // 4.18.26 // DOORS 7PM // SHOW 8PM

Tickets Here

Carolina Liar is the breakout pop-rock project led by frontman Chad Wolf and percussionist Brian Ulery, born from a bold decision to leave behind the conventional working world and pursue music without compromise. That leap of faith paid off in a major way. After teaming up with Swedish producer Tobias Karlsson, the project gained early momentum and soon attracted the attention of hitmaking powerhouse Max Martin—one of the most successful producers in modern pop history. With a sound they proudly describe as “Garage Gospel,” Carolina Liar continues to redefine modern pop-rock—blending arena-ready hooks with raw, soulful conviction. Their music isn’t just heard; it’s felt. And with a multi-platinum hit, global touring pedigree, and enduring streaming success, Carolina Liar stands as proof that chasing purpose can lead to something truly extraordinary.

Vermont’s Troy Millette & The Fire Below are equal parts thoughtful and lively– a cocktail of rock, pop, folk, and americana music that grapples with love, loss, and the human experience. Millette’s emotive and relatable lyrics, as well as his energetic, banter-filled live performances have made him a staple of dives, clubs, theaters, and festivals across the northeast United States and Quebec. Troy Millette and the Fire Below have shared bills with the likes of Counting Crows, Grace Potter, Guster, Bowling for Soup, Matt Quinn (of MT. Joy), Chadwick Stokes (of DISPATCH), +LIVE+, Richard Marx, Rick Springfield, Wheatus, Brett Dennen, the Revivalists, Steven Page (of Barenaked Ladies), the Marcus King Band, DEER TICK, the Front Bottoms, American Authors, Josiah and the Bonnevilles, Willie Watson, Lee DeWyze, Gabe Dixon, Fantastic Cat, the Ballroom Thieves, and more!

DAS TRIO (1/2 of moe.) + Night Zero + The Chops

Shakedown Lounge @ Stowe Cider // 4.16 // Doors 6pm // Show 7pm

Surprise show coming in hot!!! Three bands, two already announced, one night only.

Tickets Here!

We are so excited to bring three members of moe. together for a very special set of DAS TRIO featuring Al Schnier, Rob Derhak and Vinnie Amico.

DAS Trio is a stripped-down, improvisational offshoot of the jam band moe., featuring three of its core members: bassist and vocalist Rob Derhak, drummer Vinnie Amico, and guitarist/vocalist Al Schnier.

Formed as a more intimate and flexible project, DAS Trio allows the musicians to explore moe.’s expansive catalog in a looser, more spontaneous setting, often reworking familiar songs with fresh arrangements and extended improvisation. Without the full band lineup, the trio leans into rhythmic interplay and melodic experimentation, creating a unique, up-close experience for fans while staying true to the exploratory spirit that defines moe.’s sound.

We’re also fired up to announce Night Zero as co-headliner! This one felt inevitable. Born out of our Night Zero series just one year ago, this band—featuring Rob Compa, Zdenek Gubb, Adrian Tramontano, and Leon Campos—has gone from our intimate room to the main stage at Northlands Music Festival in just a year. Now they’re back where it started.

Plus:

🎶 The Chops ft. Emma Derhak

🎶 Ryan Dempsey (Artist at Large)

Join Night Zero, Das Trio, and The Chops this Thursday in the Shakedown Lounge as we celebrate one year of Night Zero!
