Seven days before we ship: Customization opens & you’ll be the first to learn about the unique, limited release ciders we’ve crafted. Make your selections, add in any extras, then confirm your order and shipping preferences.
Two days before we ship: Last call to customize your box!
One day before we ship: Payment is processed and you will receive tracking number.
Shipping day: Boxes are packed and sent out!
Frequently asked questions
How much is it to join?
Membership is $5 a quarter and is automatically included in your quarterly shipment fees! If you join after the quarterly shipment or choose not to receive a particular club shipment then your membership fee will be included in your next online order of Stowe Cider. Please note that each quarterly shipment will cost between $50 - $60 (depending on your customized selections) and does not include shipping fees.
How does payment work?
We’ll keep your information on file and you can opt-out at any time or choose to sit out on individual releases. You won’t be billed until the shipment goes out.
When will I know a release is coming?
Members will receive an email before each shipment. This is the time to opt-out, swap ciders, or add additional products to your order.
I live nearby, can I pick up my release?
Yes! If you’d prefer to visit our Taproom in Stowe you can select that option when customizing your release and we’ll hold it here for up to 3 weeks. After that time we will ship it to the address we have on file. Note: you must make this decision ahead of the shipping date!
Something isn’t right in my release?
Give us a call and we’ll make it right.
What if I’m not home when packages get delivered?
The signature of a 21+ adult is required for all shipments. If a person of age won’t be there to sign you can select a local pickup option most convenient for you.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel at any time and will receive email notifications ahead of each release.
I’m moving, how do I make sure my shipment makes it to my new address?
You can change your shipping address at any time, we recommend changing it when you customize your shipment
When will my shipments be sent out?
We plan on shipping releases roughly every three months. However, you can use your membership benefits on all orders, not just club releases!
